Handyman / HoneyDo tasks
Since we specialize in all facets of home renovations and remodeling, we can undoubtedly handle any oops that comes along in your home. Handyman services are typically billed by the hour, however, larger projects may be bid ahead of time and charged by the job.

Home Inspections Services
Our President, Shawn Palme's vast experience in the construction field leads us to his sub-specialty, home inspections. He is certified through the state of MN and holds an affiliate membership through the Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors.
If you are a home buyer, call us first to inspect your new property, we leave no stone unturned and will provide you with a thorough report detailing the properties strengths and weaknesses. We take a multitude of pictures and do a comprehensive walkthrough with you as a conclusion to the inspection. You can close with confidence once Shawn has evaluated the home. Prices start at $425 for an average 2,000 square foot home, prices will increase with additional square footage.
Home Pre-Inspections
Often overlooked but extremely valuable in the home selling process is the home pre-inspection. We highly recommend having your property evaluated and inspected prior to listing your home for sale. Be the first to find any hidden issues. It will be cheaper and more cost effective to find and handle a problem now on your own terms than having to make buyer demanded repairs when you are on the spot. Don't be put on the spot! We typically charge the seller $400 for the initial inspection with report and charge the buyer $100 if they choose to have us walkthrough the property with them reviewing the report for one hour.
